• 3-5 years of management experience required.
• Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years.
• Excellent customer service, strong business acumen, and effective leadership.
• Excellent work ethic, high organization, and computer literacy.
• Military experience welcomed; college degree highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Complete a 30-week training program with rotations through departments.
• Work with senior management and participate in development workshops.
