This is not an entry-level role; candidates should have 10+ years of management experience, a track record of running P&L, and a drive to develop teams and drive results. Willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience (required).
• Proven sales strategy that grows revenue and profitability.
• P&L ownership and KPI monitoring in labor, inventory, costs.
• History of improving efficiency, reducing costs, increasing market share.
• Strong people leadership, hiring, developing, and managing team performance.
• Customer service focus and customer retention.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement (required).
• College degree preferred; military experience valued.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn a new industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations through key departments to identify where your skills and interests best fit.
• Work with senior management, with regular progress reviews.
• Participate in company-sponsored management development workshops.
• Prepare to own P&L, KPIs, sales strategy, and team performance for a Mission location.
• Transition into General Manager and other leadership roles across the company.
