The position includes a pre-employment drug screen, a safety-focused environment, and opportunities for on-the-job training. Candidates should be eligible to work in the United States and possess a HS Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide great customer service.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Maneuver bins at curbside, dockside, or other locations to complete service.
• Operate hoisting device to lift and empty bins into the truck hopper.
• Return serviced bins to their original location with covers on.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers on routes.
• Load trash and recycling into rear-load trucks in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe working environment and work in a fast-paced industry.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training and other development activities and support company goals.
