Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Helper to support drivers on residential and commercial routes while prioritizing exceptional customer service and safety protocols. You will assist with loading and unloading containers, maneuvering equipment, and returning bins to their original positions with caps secured.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly in varying weather.
• Drug screen required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Move containers to complete service at customer locations.
• Operate hoisting device to lift and empty bins into hopper.
• Return serviced bins to original locations with covers secured.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Work in a high pace, safety-focused environment.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Participate in training to learn company products, services and values.
