Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a proactive Route Driver to deliver water and salt to homes and businesses, service dispensing units, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will manage a daily route, troubleshoot basic equipment, and maintain accurate delivery records while upholding safety standards. Join a team with onboarding and training, competitive hourly pay, and full benefits after introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain Class C or B license if needed.
• Able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and perform water tests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to current customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team.
• Load and unload trucks, manage inventory, and keep accurate delivery records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements.
• Receive formal training with opportunities for growth and advancement.
