Culligan is hiring a Route Driver to manage daily delivery routes, delivering water and salt to homes and businesses and servicing dispensing units. You will troubleshoot basic equipment issues with training provided and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, reliability, and the ability to lift heavy products while following safety guidelines and DOT requirements. Excellent onboarding and growth opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to hold a valid driver’s license and obtain Class C or B license if needed.
• Physically able to lift 50–80 lbs and handle heavy loads.
• No college degree required; motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on dispensing units with training provided.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
