Job summary

WM is seeking a Dispatcher in Houston, TX to provide timely responses to customer inquiries, coordinate pickups, route vehicles, and support drivers in daily operations.

The role requires 2 years in Transportation or Logistics, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. You will interact with SFDC cases and update SAP data, ensuring safe, efficient routes and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in transportation, logistics, routing, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service with customer requests (SFDC cases) and route changes.
• Dispatches vehicles on pre-set routes for drivers.
• Monitor, process, and escalate SFDC cases to supervisor.
• Assist walk-in customers and drivers with issues as they arise.
• Review driver paperwork and update SAP notes.
• Update routes and new customers based on daily communication.
