Job summary

FusionSite in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Routing and Dispatcher to bridge drivers and customers, relaying delivery and pickup instructions and updating timelines. You will support finance, customer service, operations, and general admin tasks in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, issuing daily routes, monitoring performance, resolving issues with customers or drivers, and providing end-of-day reports.

Qualifications

• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking several schedules and priorities at once.
• Experience with CRO or TRUX preferred.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure and calmly resolve problems.
• Strong knowledge of office management procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Route logistics or similar software programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures drivers meet customer expectations for delivery, pickup, and servicing of rental assets.
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, crews, or equipment to locations per schedules or needs.
• Communicates with drivers about assignments and tracks progress.
• Monitors drivers' daily route performance and escalates issues to management.
• Uses phones or radios to contact team members and customers.
• Resolves problems with customers or drivers and coordinates payments.
• Prepares daily routes and schedules and updates for efficiency.
• Weekly reviews of routes for efficiency within service area.
• Collaborates with Customer Service to ensure paid services are delivered.
• Provides end-of-day reporting for incomplete assignments.
• Supports Billing/Collections in identifying delinquent accounts and coordinating actions.
• Assists with billing/accounts receivable and office tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
