Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join the team and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while upholding safety and customer service standards. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, preparing orders, and supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic math and data-entry abilities for orders and docs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck delivering to customer locations.
• Prepare orders for delivery, load/unload, and assist in warehouse tasks.
• Complete safety checks (DVIR) and follow OSHA/DOT policies.
• Maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips) and routes.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
