Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our growing team in a role focused on accurate and timely deliveries, safety, and customer service. The position also supports warehouse tasks such as order preparation, loading/unloading trucks, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid license, the ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of route driving experience (straight truck/box truck)
• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving history
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass a road test
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for dispatch systems and data entry
• Basic math skills to verify orders and delivery documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Overtime flexibility as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to deliver products on assigned routes
• Learn and optimize routes and ensure correct order fulfillment
• Maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries)
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report issues
• Follow OSHA, DOT and company policies and complete safety training
• Wear company apparel and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and high service levels
• Assist with loading/unloading, stocking, and general warehouse tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
