Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Driver - Non CDL to deliver products to customers and support warehouse tasks. The role requires safe driving, route optimization, and accurate documentation. You will also perform daily vehicle inspections and assist with order preparation and inventory management.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year driving experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification. Great customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a route driver operating a straight truck, box truck or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills to verify orders or reconcile delivery documents.
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems or dispatch applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to transport products to customer locations on assigned delivery route.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct order fulfillment, and maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report issues, and maintain cleanliness inside and out of the vehicle.
• Follow OSHA, DOT and company policies, complete safety training and handle HazMat materials.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and warehouse tasks.
