Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Elkhart, IN to deliver products to daily stops and provide outstanding customer service. You will unload with hand tools, pallet jack, and lift gate, and you’ll keep accurate logs while coordinating with dispatch.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with a focus on safety and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have a good driving record, at least one year of route delivery and pallet jack experience, lift gate

Qualifications

• A good driving record.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stops per day and unload using hand, pallet jack, and dolly.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery.
• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVW.
• Track and document the activity log and report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip and communicate with customers.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 3:00pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
