Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our team in Fresno, CA. You will deliver products to customers on a standard route while supporting warehouse tasks and maintaining safety and service excellence.

The Ideal Candidate has 1+ year route driving, a High School diploma, and a valid license. DOT medical certification may be required; forklift certification is a plus. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of route driving experience with straight truck, box truck or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and pass a road test.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems or data entry.
• Basic math skills to verify orders or reconcile delivery documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck on the delivery route.
• Learn routes, ensure correct orders, and maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct DVIR, report issues, and keep vehicle clean.
• Follow OSHA, DOT and company policies; complete safety training and HazMat handling.
• Wear company apparel and communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and high service levels.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and warehouse tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned.
