Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing team and transport products to designated customers. You will operate trucks on assigned routes, optimize routes, and maintain required delivery documentation to ensure accuracy and on-time service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CDL driver experience, a valid CDL (A or B) with a clean driving history, and the ability to obtain DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL driver experience minimum.
• Valid CDL with safe driving history (Class A or B).
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test.
• HazMat or Air Brake endorsement preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems or perform data entry.
• Basic math skills to verify orders and documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight truck/box truck/CMV (26,001+ lbs) to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct orders, and maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Perform DVIRs, report issues, and keep vehicle clean inside and out.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, FMCSA rules and HazMat handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Assist with loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and general warehouse tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
