Job summary

Imperial Brady in Marquette, MI is looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing delivery team. You will deliver products to customer stops, unload using a hand truck, pallet jack, or lift gate, and provide dependable service to clients.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, or until the daily route is completed. Requirements include at least one year of route delivery experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam and a non-DOT

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work around varying routes.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and non-DOT drug exam.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
