Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You'll learn multiple routes, load and deliver garments, and uphold service quality on each stop.

This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual with on-the-job training and a path to advanced opportunities within a global garment services leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam and compliance are required.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Load, unload, and collect garments; ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and keep vehicle safe.
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards; uphold company policies.
• Collaborate with Service and Management Teams on routes and installations.
