This role emphasizes executing promotions, building strong customer relations, and ensuring plans are followed on pre-set routes.

Candidates should have strong communication, retail customer service experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).

• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on plans to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product and handling returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activities.
