Coca-Cola Consolidated in Maryville, TN is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model across ALCOA, Louisville, Maryville, Townsend, TN areas. Pay rate is $209.53 per day plus mileage; schedule includes early morning starts and weekends.

You will merchandise, manage routes, execute promotions, coordinate with store personnel and drivers, and ensure proper inventory and display standards, contributing to revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• Requires 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Manages, sells, and executes for a group of customers on routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on marketing plans to ensure RED scores for customers.
• Organizes back room, shelves, returns, and handling of damaged/expired product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and pricing.
• Coordinate as needed for weekend routes and liaise between customer, merchandiser, and driver.
