The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage selling, ordering and presenting products across assigned customers in our Norfolk area. You will generate orders based on delivery frequency and ensure promotions are executed accurately to support revenue goals.

You will also merchandise displays, coordinate with store personnel, and monitor inventory while upholding safety and quality guidelines.

Formación

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor and handling returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates merchandisers.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and pricing.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activity and communicates impact on the business.
