Job summary

The Structures Company in Mesa, AZ seeks a Helicopter & Rotorcraft Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA department and ensure compliant inspections, records, and release to service for rotorcraft programs.

The role requires FAA Part 145 experience, rotorcraft expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and ISO 9001 leadership. US citizenship per ITAR. On-site contractor position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 145 experience and leadership in a repair station.
• Rotorcraft experience (Bell, MD, Airbus) in A&P or inspector roles.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and repair station procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Quality Assurance Department, including inspectors and records staff.
• Ensure inspections and documentation are completed prior to release to service.
• Maintain up-to-date technical data and regulatory library.
