Pennymac, a leading mortgage and financial services company, invites graduates to join its Digital Technology Organization Rotational Program as a DTO Rotational Analyst. Cohorts begin January or June 2027 to build broad product and tech experience across teams.

As a Rotational Analyst, you’ll analyze capabilities, draft training docs, transfer knowledge, and work in Scrum or Kanban to deliver value. This role develops future leaders who shape the lending experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Data analysis experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in organizational analysis to identify capabilities and opportunities for improvement.
• Create training documentation and transition plans for rotating analysts.
• Perform knowledge transfer to incoming Rotational Analysts.
• Provide feedback to leadership on program goals and effectiveness.
• Gather business requirements and engage with technology partners to develop solutions.
• Write and communicate requirements and user stories following Agile practices.
• Work within Scrum or Kanban teams and document acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define completion of user stories.
• Manage stakeholders across functions to implement projects and coordinate risk assessments.
• Participate in backlog grooming for roadmap planning and execute test scripts.
• Perform other related duties and demonstrate Pennymac's culture and values.
