Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Graduation before program start date (July 12, 2027) or within 18 months.
• GPA 3.3+ for operational/strategic tracks; 3.5+ for quantitative tracks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and more.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools and Python/SQL to automate workflows and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with timelines and risk management.
• Research industry trends, rate sensitivities, and regulatory shifts impacting markets.
