Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Relevant IT internship or experience in a team environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel in the greater Milwaukee area.
• Strong initiative for excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support digital professionals across rotations on project work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assignments.
• Develop foundational IT and business skills during rotations.
• Attend training and develop technical skills in digital functions.
