Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join a two‑year Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Program across multiple plants, including San Antonio, TX. You will rotate every six months through roles in production supervision, manufacturing engineering, materials planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and Lean/Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• Willing to relocate every six months; relocation costs covered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects.
• Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Optimize daily production, scheduling analysis, and cycle times.
• Rotate through four six‑month assignments at different plants across the country.
