Job summary

Johnson Controls invites graduates to join its Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Program, a two-year leadership development experience across manufacturing plants in the United States. You will rotate through production supervision, manufacturing engineering, materials planning, procurement, logistics, quality and Lean/Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Eng, Supply Chain or similar.
• Willingness to relocate every six months and travel as needed.
• Recent grads (≤2 years) or current students with graduation 2024–2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet KPIs.
• Optimize daily production, scheduling analysis, and cycle times to improve operations.
• Implement measures to minimize waste across manufacturing processes.
