Job summary

Acuity Inc. invites early-career software engineers to join the BUILD program, a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential talent into impactful professionals.

Participants rotate every six months across functional areas, gaining hands-on experience in front-end, back-end, embedded, DevOps, cloud, and quality assurance, with mentorship from a Software Engineering leader. Employment starts July 12, 2027 and is hybrid from the United States.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills required.
• Able to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Leadership experience is highly preferred; teamwork is valued.
• Less than two years of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across functional areas.
• Engage in Software Development (Front-end, Back-end, Embedded).
• Contribute to DevOps, Cloud Software, SRE, and QA/test automation.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to learn business processes.
