Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level management trainee to be cross-trained across departments to learn our sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The primary goal is to transition into a sales or branch manager position.

You will rotate through sales, customer service, marketing, warehouse, and finance, shadow reps, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, but a bachelor’s degree and a strong work ethic help.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
• Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, warehouse, and finance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
