Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Baton Rouge is launching a rotational leadership internship. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, while engaging in outside sales to grow customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
• Active driver's license required.
• Bachelor’s degree expected within six months.
• Co-op or internship exposure in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Admin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership perspective across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to assist in informed business decision-making.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development opportunities including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
