You will shadow sales reps, develop leads, and contribute to client relations while rotating through departments such as customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field typically required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, basic math, analytical thinking, and a competitive drive are essential.

Responsibilities

• Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
• Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
