Job summary

Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join a structured program designed to develop leadership skills through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers and participate in executive leadership seminars to prepare for advancement.

Qualified candidates must either have a Bachelor’s degree or be within six months of completion, hold an active driver’s license, and obtain a DOT medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership experience.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on projects related to sales management and operations.
