White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee as part of our Career Development Program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and a 12–18 month program designed to accelerate your career.

The program covers the warehouse, customer service, management, and related operations, with rotational assignments and mentorship from regional advocates, mentors, and coaches to set you up for long-term success at White Cap.

• Willing to relocate after program completion.
• Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with leadership capability.
• Excellent communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes.
• Receives an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training.
• Benefits from a robust support system; each Operations Leader Trainee will be assigned a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and additional process coaches.
• Has exposure to Senior Leadership at White Cap throughout the program.
• Presents a capstone project to White Cap leadership, creating exposure across the company.
