Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in Illinois. The role is part of a 12–18 month Career Development Program offering on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development, with exposure across the warehouse, customer service, and operations functions.

You will participate in rotational assignments, receive dedicated resources for a successful long-term career path, and be guided by a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and coaches.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Experience in team leadership or coordinating with customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Participate in leadership development sessions and operations training.
• Work with mentors and coaches to build future leadership capabilities.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership at program end.
