Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic job functions and responsibilities across various departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support various business functions within operations.
• Support operations teams in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies and enhancing the advisor/client experience.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes and industry trends to contribute to process improvements and identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation for individual account records within operational systems as needed.
• Assist with advisor inquiries under direct supervision.
• Build relationships across departments to understand the broader connection of workflows.
• Other projects as assigned.
