Job summary

Donaldson Company invites applications for an Operations Development Specialist in Bloomington, MN. This three-year, U.S. rotational leadership program develops talent for manufacturing operations management, engineering, and supply chain roles.

During years one and two, you rotate across manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain at different U.S. plants, driving lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher upon graduation.
• Willingness to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• U.S. persons (citizens, permanent residents, asylees or refugees) due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Donaldson's three-year Operations Development Program with rotations across manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean manufacturing principles.
• Relocate annually to different U.S. plants across rotations; relocation assistance is available.
