Job summary

Acuity invites early-career engineers to join the BUILD program in Decatur, GA, a two-year rotation that accelerates development through hands-on projects in mechanical engineering. You’ll rotate every six months across New Product Development, Sustaining, VAVE, and Manufacturing programs, with potential rotations in Crawfordsville, IN and Des Plaines, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Solidworks or CAD experience required.
• Some prototyping/fabrication experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual solutions and CAD models.
• Prototype and validate design concepts.
• Assist in certification testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during rotations.
