Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking early-career talent for its BUILD program in Atlanta, GA. This two-year rotational experience develops high-potential professionals through six-month functional rotations across engineering disciplines, enabling rapid business acumen and technical growth.

The program emphasizes curiosity, ownership, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will rotate through New Product Development, Sustaining/VAVE, and other areas aligned with business needs,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Intermediate proficiency with AI tools required.
• Travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Experience with scripting and APIs required.
• Experience with lighting hardware and related cabling is expected.
• Leadership experience influencing change is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with initiative is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development rotations across engineering disciplines.
• Sustaining/VAVE rotations and product support.
• Connect rotations with current business needs to explore areas such as optical and light engine engineering, outsourcing, PM, project management, and tech support.
• Participate in rotations in Labs & Certifications; drive collaboration and learning.
