Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CAD design experience required; SolidWorks preferred.
• Prototyping/fabrication exposure desired.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotational program across engineering functions.
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders for development.
• Engage in CAD, prototype, validation, and testing tasks.
• Manage projects and handoffs as rotations progress.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
