Schaeffler’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program in Cheraw, SC, pairs two‑year rotations across manufacturing with mentoring to prepare participants for a Production Leader role. The program includes housing during rotations and a guaranteed position in Cheraw after graduation.

Applicants should have an engineering degree with a 3.0 GPA, prior co-ops or internships, and a willingness to relocate every six months. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• GPA of 3.0 minimum.
• Two or more co-ops or internships or rotations in a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months; company housing provided.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations across manufacturing domains.
• Develop leadership and best-practice skills with a mentor.
• Gain experience in production management, quality, and logistics.
• Complete rotation milestones and prepare for a Production Leader role.
• Be prepared for cross-functional exposure at Schaeffler facilities.
