Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG invites candidates to join a two-year Accelerated Leadership Development Program in manufacturing. Four six-month rotations provide cross-department exposure, starting with Fort Mill, SC, with the goal of a permanent leadership position in Fort Mill after graduation.

You will be mentored by an experienced engineering manager and trained across production management, quality, CI, logistics, and plant operations. International rotations may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• Two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months; company housing provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year leadership development program with four six-month rotations.
• Work with a mentor to develop leadership capabilities and best practices.
• Gain knowledge in production management, quality, CI, logistics, and plant management.
• Rotations may occur at facilities across North America and internationally.
• Secure a permanent Production Leader position in Fort Mill, SC after graduation.
