Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA invites candidates to apply for its Accelerated Leadership Development Program, a two-year manufacturing leadership track with four rotations across North America. The initial rotation begins in Armada, MI, with a guaranteed permanent role in Armada upon graduation.

Participants work with a mentor to build leadership skills, experience production management, quality, and logistics, and are prepared for a Production Leader position after completing all rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Two rotations from co-ops or internships preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months; company housing provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations across manufacturing functions.
• Work with a mentor to develop leadership and best practices.
• Gain exposure to production management, quality, and logistics.
