Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Danbury, CT, invites applications for its Accelerated Leadership Development Program, a two-year manufacturing leadership track with four six-month rotations across the North American region.

Participants gain hands-on experience in production management, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and plant management, with relocation every six months and company housing. A permanent Production Leader role in Danbury is guaranteed on graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• GPA 3.0 minimum.
• Two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a mentor to develop leadership and best practices.
• Gain knowledge in production management, quality, CI, logistics, and plant management.
• Receive leadership training and complete rotation milestones.
• Be prepared for a guaranteed Production Leader position in Danbury after graduation.
