Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Cheraw, SC offers an Accelerated Leadership Program in Manufacturing Leadership. This two‑year development track includes four six‑month rotations across North America, with a guaranteed permanent role in Cheraw upon graduation.

You will rotate through production management, quality, continuous improvement and logistics, mentored by experienced engineering leaders, developing leadership skills and hands‑on expertise for future Production Leader positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Two rotations of co-ops or internships.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months; company housing provided.
• Authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or sponsorship.
• Company housing during domestic and international rotations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
• Gain knowledge in production management, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and plant management.
• Trained based on the 70:20:10 model emphasizing hands-on experience, mentoring and formal training.
• Leadership training and tools to develop leadership skills.
• Be equipped for a guaranteed Production Leader position upon graduation.
