Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in Kent, WA offers a Management Trainee program designed for sales-minded individuals aiming for leadership roles in a dynamic electrical distribution industry.

The 2–2.5 year program provides rotations through warehouse, counter sales, AP, AR, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory and business development, with both on-the-job and online training. Strong communication and relocation flexibility are desired.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
