Job summary

CED/Columbia Electric Supply is recruiting for a Management Training Program in the Pacific Northwest. The 24-month rotational program develops future leaders who can drive B2B sales and run a business within CED.

Trainees gain hands-on exposure to Cybersecurity, Process Automation, AI, Solar & Sustainability, and more, with formal classroom training and mentorship from leaders. Strong candidates are self-driven and entrepreneurial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day.
• Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes in various locations.
• Communicate – both written and spoken – in English.
