Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) offers a Management Trainee program designed for sales-minded individuals aiming for leadership roles in a dynamic, nationwide company with over 750 locations. Trainees rotate through warehouse, counter sales, accounting, purchasing, and project management to prepare for running a multi-million-dollar location.

On-the-job training spans 2–3 years, complemented by online courses on electrical systems, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating - both written and spoken - in English.
