Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors seeks a Management Trainee – Non Exempt to join our Odessa division. The program runs 2–3 years with rotations across warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project management, inventory and business development, preparing you to run a multi-million-dollar location.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be geographically flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience will be considered.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
