Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) seeks a Management Trainee – Non Exempt to participate in a structured 2–3 year training program. Trainees rotate through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and project management while attending electrical products and sales sessions.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, flexibility to relocate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment within a growing distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.
