Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) invites applicants to join its Management Trainee – Non Exempt program in Las Cruces. The two-to-three year training path covers warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project and inventory management, and business development to prepare you to run a multi-million-dollar location.

On-the-job and online training focus on electrical products, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; related experience may substitute.
• Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program.
• No prior industry experience required; strong communicational skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes in various locations as part of training.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
