Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license; 21+; DOT medical certification; provide documentation of previous employment.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
