Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to drive a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed within six months.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Pursue professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
